  • Starts servers listening on 0.0.0.0:3000, 0.0.0.0:6667
  • Drops a binary and executes it
  • The binary likely contains encrypted or compressed data.
  • A potential decoy document was displayed to the user
  • Steals private information from local Internet browsers
  • Installs itself for autorun at Windows startup
  • Creates a copy of itself
  • Makes SMTP requests, possibly sending spam or exfiltrating data.
